• The proof of identity that you can use are PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, NREGA Job Card, Id card certified by Government or equivalent authority.

• The proof of address that you can use is a utility bill, municipal tax receipt, bank/post Office saving account statement, PPOs, Letter of accommodation from any Government body. Also, other than the PAN Card, you can use any other identity proof mentioned above which has your address.
