Step 1 -  Type ‘FULLYBLOCK’ on the messaging app  

Step 2 - Send the SMS to 1909 to activate DND

I have tried this method by myself, and it works great. Let me tell you the steps. 

Step 1 - Dial 1909 from your Vi mobile number 

Step 2 - Follow the instructions to activate the DND services 

• DND Activation by Vi App:

First of all, download ‘My Vi app’ from the Play Store and then follow the instructions given below.

Step 1 - Login to My Vi app 

Step 2 - Go to ‘My Account’

Step 3 - Open ‘My Services’ and Click on 'DND option'

Step 4 - Activate the DND mode as per your preference 

• DND Activation Via TRAI DND App:

Do you know that the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has a dedicated app to activate DND services in any mobile number, including Vi? I also got to know this a few months back. You just have to download the TRAI DND app and select your preferences.
