Xiaomi is all set to launch Mi A3 in India on August 21. The android one powered smartphone was launched in Spain last month. Now, Xiaomi is bringing the third smartphone in the A-series to India.
One key attraction of Xiaomi Mi A3 is 32MP selfie camera. The smartphone will also come with a 48MP triple camera on the rear. Recently, the company launched Redmi K-series in India as its new flagship.
Xiaomi Mi A3 Launch in India
Xiaomi A series has been Amazon exclusive in India. And Amazon India has put a banner highlighting the upcoming launch of Mi A3. The launch event will kick off at 12 pm on August 21.
The company is teasing the camera focussed smartphone for its imaging capabilities. Meanwhile, Realme is also gearing for the release of two smartphones Realme 5 & 5 Pro on 20th August.
Xiaomi Mi A3 Price
The pricing of Mi A3 in India is revealed. The smartphone was launched for a starting price of Rs. 12,999 for the 4GB/64GB variant. The 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant is priced at Rs. 15,999.
The launch offer on Mi A3 includes Rs. 750 instant discount with HDFC Credit Card. If you compare it with Mi A2, the android one powered smartphone is currently available at Rs. 9999 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant.
Mi A3 Features & Specifications
Mi A3 has a 6.088-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1520x720 pixels. It is powered by Snapdragon 665 processor. There is a single 4GB RAM variant with internal storage options of 64GB and 128GB. Mi A3 is expected to launch in three colour variants with a gradient finish design.
On the rear, the triple camera set is tipped to pack a 48 MP primary sensor assisted by an 8 MP and 2 MP sensor. The front of Mi A3 has a 32 MP selfie camera that sits in the waterdrop notch. The smartphone is powered by a 4,030 mAh battery with support for USB Type-C fast charge.

The new Mi-series phone includes a list of upgrades over its predecessor. The upgrades include an in-display fingerprint sensor. On the imaging front, there are also improvements, Mi A3 sports a triple rear camera setup that also consists of a 48MP primary sensor. On the front, Mi A3 has a 32 Mp selfie camera in comparison to a 20 MP sensor on its predecessor.
