Jio Saarthi Digital Assistant Launched to Help Users With Online Recharge

Hey friends, if you find it difficult to recharge from MyJio app. Here is a piece of good news, Jio has introduced an in-app digital assistant to make online recharge easier.

Recently, Jio became India No. 1 telecom operator with a subscriber base of over 331.3 million users.

Jio Saarthi, an in-app digital assistant, is available within the MyJio app. It is available to those Jio subscribers who have never recharged online before.

Jio Saarthi provides step-by-step voice directions to ease the recharge process. The digital assistant will help subscribers from selecting a recharge pack to making the payment for it.

Meanwhile, the company is soon expected to make an announcement relating to the launch of Jio Phone 3.

The digital assistant also provides directions to locate payment details to complete the recharge transaction. The in-app feature will be initially available in English and Hindi.

However, Jio is planning to make its digital assistant available in 12 languages. Jio digital assistant will be available on the updated MyJio app. The users will see a floating icon which needs to be pressed to start accessing the service.

Reliance Jio comes with many attractive recharge offers but certain customers are not able to avail the offers. The telecom operator allows subscribers to check Jio balance & validity with different methods. Now, the digital assistant is launched to help users with digital recharge.

How to Use Jio Digital Assistant (Saarthi)

  • Update My Jio App from here

  • Go to the recharge tab

  • Tap on the floating window

  • Follow the directions to recharge online


The first of its kind digital initiative for Jio users to make the online recharge process more effective. This new feature within MyJio app is for customers who struggle to make recharges online. The digital initiative will definitely push more users to make digital recharges.
