The launch was confirmed on Xiaomi's India Twitter account. The launch date is clearly mentioned as 22nd November. Additionally, you can see the banner on Flipkart. Flipkart has promised a big surprise this Black Friday sale while mentioning the first sale date of Redmi Note 6 Pro on 23rd November. It may be a hint at the exclusive launch offers of Note 6 Pro. Redmi Note 6 Features

The quad camera setup of Note 6 Pro includes a 20 MP + 2 MP selfie cameras. At the rear, you get 12 MP + 5 MP sensors. The Note 6 Pro runs on latest MIUI 10 based on Android Oreo. When compared to its predecessor, Note 6 Pro has a slightly larger 6.26-inch display with Full HD+ resolution. The bezel-less display comes with Corning Gorilla Glass. However, the overall size is compact thanks to a wider 19:9 aspect ratio. The mid-range device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC alongside storage variants of 4GB/64GB & 6GB/64GB.

Redmi Note 6 Pro Price in India

Neither Xiaomi nor Flipkart has clearly mentioned the price tag. However, the new headset in the popular Note series is expected to come at a similar price at which the Redmi Note 5 Pro was launched in India earlier this year. Redmi Note 6 Pro price in India is expected to start from Rs. 14,999. The mid-range smartphone was first launched in Thailand at 6,990 baht. Followed by the launch in China earlier this month. Recently, Redmi Note 5 received a price cut of Rs. 1000.  The base variant of 4GB|64GB is available for Rs. 13,999 on Flipkart.

 

 

Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro comes with all the usual traits alongside few incremental upgrades. It is the first smartphone of the Chinese headset maker to come with quad cameras.
