RCB vs DD IPL 2021 Highlights

Delhi Capitals won the toss and elected to field. Sent into bat RCB lost their first wicket in the 4th over. RCB were 30/1 at the end of the 4th Over. In the next over, Padikkal is bowled by Ishant Sharma. 
Patidar and Maxwell take the score to 62/2 before Mishra gets rid of the dangerous Maxwell in the 9th over. AB de Villiers comes to the crease to join Patidar. Patidar holes out to Smith in the 15th over. 
Daniel Sams and AB Devillers take the RCB total of 171/5 in the 20 overs. De Villiers finishes with an unbeaten 75 off just 42.

In Response, Delhi Capitals are to a steady start before quick dismissals of Dhawan and Smith. Shaw and Pant take Delhi Capitals to 50 in 8 Overs before Harshal Patel dismisses Shaw. Marcus Stoinis joins Pant. 

Harshal Patel comes back into the attack in the 13th over to dismiss Stoinis. Shimron Hetmyer joins Pant. A fine batting display by Hetmyer takes Delhi Capitals to 147/4 in 18 Overs. They need 25 runs off 12 balls.
Harshal Patel Bowls a good 19th over to concede just 11. Delhi Capitals need 14 of the last over. 

M Siraj to bowl the final over. Pant gets a single from the first ball. Hetmyer can only get a single in the next ball. Now, Delhi needs 12 off 4. It is a dot ball. 12 needed off 3. Pant gets 2 in the 4th ball. 

Delhi needs 10 off 2 now with Pant on strike. He gets one away for four. 6 needed off the last ball. Pant hits a boundary again. DC fall short by just 1 run!
