Terms & Conditions:

- Offer is only valid for 21th to 27th Jan ‘19 at Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar, fbb, HyperCity & ezone stores.
- Offer valid only if the customer shops for 3000 or more in a single bill.
- It is not mandatory for a customer to pay by Future Pay to avail the Cash in Future Pay’s Big Bazaar Wallet Offer
- The details of the offer are as follows:
- On shopping of 3000 or more, customer shall receive 20% back CASHBACK in Future Pay’s Big Bazaar Wallet
- The 20% CASHBACK is given in 6 Months as equal parts (decimals rounded to the nearest rupee) from Feb’19- July’19
- For example, if customer Shops for 6000 he/ she shall receive 200 for 6 Months
- The 20% Cashback is capped at Rs.3000 I.e. customer can receive a maximum cashback of 3000 as 500 for 6 Months
- Cash in Big Bazaar Wallet will only be given on the mobile number provided by Customer at the time of billing
- In case of multiple bills with the same mobile number provided, only one bill will be considered for the offer
- Unutilized promotional balance shall expire at the end of each month and will be deducted from the wallet
- Customer needs to download and register on the Future Pay App with the mobile number given at the time of billing to the cashier by 28th Jan 19 to receive the Cash in the Wallet
- CASHBACK credited in Future Pay Wallet will always be deducted first in case of spends with Big Bazaar Wallet
- Cash in Wallet can only be redeemed at Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar, FBB, HyperCity & ezone
- In case the payment is done partially or fully by credit note, the offer will not be applicable
- Offer is not applicable on Utility bill payments, loading your Future Pay Wallet, purchase or renewal of Big Bazaar Profit Club or Big Bazaar Saving’s Club or on purchase of Gift Vouchers
- Customer needs to validate that the number provided to Cashier by him / her is the same as the one printed on the bill
- Future Retail Limited(“Company”) reserves the right to change, amend, modify, suspend, continue or terminate all or any part of the offer at any time without notice
- Customer can download Future Pay App on mobile from Play Store / App Store or by giving a missed call on 8010-350-000
- Any dispute should be referred to the Future Retail Limited & the decision of the Company shall be final
- All legal disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction
- The Cash in Future Pay Wallet cannot be transferred to another wallet (non-transferable) and can not be exchanged against Cash/ GV etc
- Company reserves the right to disqualify any person from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Future Pay.
- Unlawful modification or abuse of the offer is prohibited
- In addition, Future Pay terms and conditions shall also apply to the cash given in the Future Pay Wallet
