The free unlimited calling facility is also available for Delhi MTNL landline customers to any network to Mumbai and vice versa during the same hours, It will be implemented with effect from May 1, 2015. This is aimed at providing greater value proposition to its esteemed customer,”
On top of it, the ever rising STD call charges in the avenging competition have been made local i.e. will be charged on local rates and the customers will be billed on the call charges rate at 180 sec/pulse. This is a result of competition and the urge of grabbing more and more market share. As of now the pioneer in the market is BSNL with more than 60% share.
