The day that changed everything…
It was a typical Saturday night. I had been out with my friends, drinking and enjoying myself. But as the night went on, I started to feel different. I wanted to keep drinking, even though I knew I shouldn't. I felt like I needed alcohol to have a good time.
That's when I realised that something had to change. I was sick of waking up hungover and feeling like crap. I was sick of making bad decisions when I was drunk. And I was sick of not being able to remember what had happened the night before.
