Mobikwik and Uber have tied hands to empower customers in their payment through Debit or Credit cards. The partnership has been a initiative add on since Uber India started to accept the credit cards as a payment instrument for the customers.
According to Mr. Bipin Preet Singh, founder and chief executive officer, MobiKwik "Our solution takes the complexity out of mobile payments, making them easy and seamless,". The partnership will not only give a push to Mobikwik in the segment of taxi users but also will increase the base of its account holders. As per Uber India is concerned, it will surely get a big advantage in terms of customers convenience.
The users are already excited with the news of Uber restartng the credit card service after the ban from the RBI last year. The credit card system falls under the RBI guidelines and it includes the 2FA security system. This credit card system will help Uber to serve both CC/DC customers as an add on to the awesome service they give.
The Credit Card system is experiencing a few technical flaws which are expected to be rectified soon.
