Café Coffee Day recently announced an exclusive tie-up with Oxigen Wallet, an app for money transfer, to let people enjoy their cup of coffee without the heavy wallet they carry.
Users can pay at Cafe Coffee Outlets using their Oxigen Wallet app. It has to be noted that it is nothing like NFC technology like Apple have in its iPhone6. To promote it further, CCD has allowed the users of Oxigen wallet to avail a special promotional offer of 'Buy 1 get 1' on beverages.

Users can also load money into Oxigen Wallet at any of the 13,890+ partners ( The Mobile Store, Vijay Sales, Vishal, Muthoot Finance, Croma, Planet M, etc.) stores or any of its our 1,40,000 retail outlets across the country to charge your Oxigen Wallet with cash. Credit cards/debit cards can also be used to load money. This sounds simple but the initiation of future is a smell dwelling in it.
