Well it is true, a German company "Sky Deutschland AG" branded as 'SkyGo' has introduced a new window whose transmitters send high-frequency vibrations to windowpanes allowing commuters resting their head against the glass to hear advertising messages through bone conduction. And hence you would feel that there is a voice in your head talking about some advert.
