The mystery action thriller film directed by Dibakar Banerjee is based on the fictional detective Byomkesh Bakshi. Sushant brought to life the iconic Bengali character.

The movie also co-stars Neeraj Kabi and Anand Tiwari. The thriller has its elements of twists, humour and betrayal. The movie keeps you guessing until the very end. Sushant is exceptionally good as Byomkesh.

Sushant plays a divorced middle-aged man living with his teenage son, an aspiring engineer.

Raghav jumps off the balcony after he doesn’t qualify for IIT in JEE advanced results. Watching his son oscillate between life and death, he begins to recount the tales of his time in college. Chhichhore was the final theatrical release of the late actor.
