A beginner should set a time limit of at least 10 minutes. Notice your body, whether it is stable or not. You can even sit in a chair.

Follow the sensation of your breath as it goes in and as it goes out.

Step 4

Do not judge the content of the thoughts you find yourself lost in. Always be kind to your wandering mind.

Open your eyes and see the environment around you. Notice how your body is feeling, and don’t forget to consider your emotions and thoughts.
