4 medu vada, 1/2 cup thick curd, 1/4 cup milk + 2 tablespoon curd, green chutney, sweet chutney, red chilli powder, chaat masala powder, coriander leaves and 3 teaspoon sev.
First is to make vada. Either you can make vada shaped or like bondas.
The next step is to take a bowl and add yogurt and milk. Mix it well!
If your vadas are ready, soak it in the milk yogurt mixture for 25-30 minutes.
Transfer the vadas to a serving plate and pour the thick yogurt mixed with salt over the vadas.
Add the items like red, green chutney, sprinkle chat masala, red chilli powders. You can include coriander leaves. Homemade Dahi Vada is ready!
