Take a big pan and add Hakka noodles, a little oil and 1 tbsp salt. Boil the noodles until they are cooked 3/4th.
Separate the noodles using a strainer and run them under cold water. Now again, mix 1 tbsp of oil in them so that they don’t stick.
Heat some oil in a pan, and toss finely chopped ginger, garlic, and green chillies. Saute for 1-2 minutes.
Add some onions and saute for a while.
Then, add grated carrot, bell peppers and cabbage. Saute only for a while as we want them to be crunchy.
Now add red chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and tomato sauce. Saute for a while.
Finally, add noodles and a little salt. Stir fry them for some time.
Enjoy the spicy, super delicious Chowmein at home with street flavours.
