Street Style Chinese Bhel Recipe in 15-Minutes

1 cup Shredded Green Cabbage, Purple Cabbage, Boiled Beetroots, Chopped Scallions, Chopped Cilantro, Maggi Tomato Ketchup, Schezwan Sauce, Black Pepper Powder, Red Chili Sauce, Maggi Masala Magic, and

Step 1

Your first step is to heat 3 tsp oil and saute 1 clove garlic and 1 inch ginger. After this, saute ¼ onion and 2 tbsp spring onion.

Step 2

Saute ½ carrot, ½ capsicum and 1 cup cabbage. Add 2 tbsp schezwan sauce, 2tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, ½ tsp pepper and ¼ tsp salt.

Step 3

Mix all these items on a high flame and then, transfer the masala mixture onto fried bhel. Now, add 2 tbsp spring onions and mix it properly!

Step 4

Your Chinese Bhel is ready! Enjoy with any soft drink of your choice.
