1 cup roughly chopped Fresh Coconut, 1 tablespoon Curd, 2 Green Chillies, 1/2 cup Water, Salt, 1 tablespoon Roasted Chana Dal, 1 teaspoon grated Ginger, and 1 Dry Red Chilli.
Take a grinder and add chopped coconut. Grind now to make medium coarse paste and transfer to a plate. Now, add green chillies, roasted chana dal and ginger.
Now, add green chillies, roasted chana dal and ginger. Take a smooth power to grind them.
Start adding the following ingredients: crushed coconut, curd, lemon juice, salt and 1/2 cup water. Grind them until they become a medium coarse paste.
Take a pan and heat oil to add mustard seeds. You can now add cumin seeds, dry red chilli and curry leaves.
Take away pan from flame and immediately pour tempering over the prepared coconut paste. Mix everything well! Enjoy your White Coconut Chutney with your favourite Dosa.
