Step 1

Put some butter in a pan.

Step 2

Add chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies to it. Saute it for 1-2 minutes.

Step 3

Add chopped veggies like cabbage, carrot, bell peppers, etc., to the pan. Saute it until the veggies turn a little soft.

Step 4

Pour soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, sugar, salt and pepper into the pan. Mix it with boiled noodles.

Step 5

Garnish with spring onions and enjoy the tastiest noodles in town.
