Quick Pudina Chutney Recipe for Paneer Tikka and Kachori

2 cups mint leaves (pudina), chopped green chilies, chopped ginger, ½ teaspoon chaat masala, ½ teaspoon lemon juice, salt, and 2 tablespoons water.

Step 1

First is to rinse 2 cups of packed mint leaves very well in water, including green chillies and 1 inch peeled ginger.

Step 2

Take a grinder jar and add mint leaves. Also, add roughly chopped ginger and green chillies.

Step 3

The next step is to add ½ teaspoon chaat masala, ½ teaspoon lemon juice and salt. If you don’t have chaat masala, you can add ¼ teaspoon of dry mango powder.

Step 4

Now, add 2 tablespoons of water. Make sure not to add too much water. Remove the chutney in a small jar.

Step 5

Time now to serve the Pudina Chutney with snacks like Paneer Tikka and Kachori.
