No-Oven Homemade Pizza Recipe: Easy and Delicious

If you are craving a pizza but don’t have an oven at your house, worry not. Try this delicious pizza recipe with a pan, and you will forget the other pizzas. Trust me!

Step 1

Take a bowl and add 3 cups maida, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon sugar, ½ teaspoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Mix it well.

Step 2

Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar. Add 2.5 cups of water in parts and knead the dough. After 10-12 minutes, you will have a soft and smooth dough.

Step 3

Rub a little olive oil over the dough and let it rest for 2-2.5 hours. Let’s prepare the toppings, meanwhile.

Step 4

Cut all your favourite veggies into small pieces in a bowl. You can also add other toppings like corn and mushrooms. Season the toppings with salt and olive oil or any other flavoured oil.

Step 5

Add more herbs and grated cheese to the veggies. Let them marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Step 6

Divide the pizza dough into 5 equal parts. With the rolling pin, make 5 pizza bases.

Step 7

Heat the pan and spread some oil onto it. Place the pizza base on the pan, cook it on slim and flip it over when the base becomes golden brown.

Step 8

Spread pizza sauce on the base and add grated cheese to it. Top it up with the veggies, and once again add grated cheese to it. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat.

Step 9

Cook the pizza until the base has become golden brown and the cheese is melted. Yay! Your No-oven homemade pizza is ready.
