Take a large bowl and add hung curd and grated paneer.
Then add chopped capsicum, onion, coriander, amchur, garam masala, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well and keep aside.
Take bread slices and trim off the edges. Roll the bread slices as thin as possible.
Add dahi filling to the bread slices and roll them. Seal tight the edges with the help of water.
Now deep fry the dahi rolls on medium flame or bake them for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the excess oil. Serve hot, delicious Dahi ke Sholay with tomato sauce and green chutney.
