Step 1

Boil peas, potatoes and soya chunks.

Step 2

Heat the pan and add some oil to it.

Step 3

Add jeera, ginger-garlic paste, chopped onion, green chillies, boiled peas, potatoes, and mashed soya chunks to the pan.

Step 4

Add some besan and spices like garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and black pepper. Roast for 2-3 minutes.

Step 5

Take out the ingredients in a bowl and add breadcrumbs.

Step 6

Grease your hands with oil and take a little portion of the mixture. Cover it around a skewer in a cylindrical shape.

Step 7

Grill the kebabs from all sides till turned golden brown.

Step 8

Serve the sizzling hot veg seekh kebab with green chutney.
