Step 1

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 2

Add cumin seeds, hing, ginger garlic paste and chopped onions to it. Stir well.

Step 3

Add chopped tomatoes, green chillies, turmeric powder, salt, and coriander powder to the pan. Mix well until the mixture becomes mushy.

Step 4

Then add mushrooms and green peas to that pan, along with water. Cover the lid and cook it until the peas turn soft.

Step 5

Add some garam masala and kasuri methi to the sabzi. Let it cook for a few more minutes.

Step 6

Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot the delicious Matar Mushroom sabzi with roti or naan.
