In a large bowl, add yoghurt, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper and cumin powder.
Add small pieces of boneless chicken to the spices and mix well. Let it marinade for at least 1 hour.
Heat some oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute them till golden brown.
Next, add chopped tomatoes and cook for a while.
Then add the marinated chicken pieces, salt, and water. Cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Now take maida in a bowl and add vegetable oil, salt and water.
Knead to make a smooth dough.
Make maida parathas for the chicken roll.
Take a paratha and spread chicken pieces on it. Add some layered onion, cabbage, chopped coriander and lemon juice. Sprinkle some garam masala and chilli powder.
Serve the tasty chicken roll with mayonnaise and tomato ketchup.
