Delicious and Healthy ‘Moong Dal Chilla’ in 10 Minutes

Step 1

Take moong dal in a bowl and soak it in water for at least 3 hours.

Step 2

Rinse it with fresh water and put it inside a blender. Add green chillies, ginger and cumin to the blender. Make a creamy batter with it.

Step 3

Add hing, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, black pepper and salt to the batter. You can also grate veggies in it.

Step 4

Heat the tawa and gently spread the moong dal batter on it.

Step 5

After a while, spread some olive oil on the top of the chilla and then flip it.

Step 6

Apply some olive oil on the second side as well. Cook the moong dal chilla for 3-4 minutes.

Step 7

Enjoy the tasty Moong Dal Chilla with green chutney and tomato sauce.
