Crispy, Indian Style ‘Chicken Wings’: Ready in 20 Minutes

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix together red chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, vinegar and salt.

Step 2

Add chicken wings to the bowl and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Step 3

Take another bowl and add maida, rice flour, corn flour, turmeric, black pepper, red chilli powder, salt and a little water.

Step 4

Apply the paste all over the marinated chicken wings.

Step 5

Now you can fry the chicken wings, air fry them or just bake them.

Step 6

Serve mouth-watering Indian Style chicken wings with your favourite dipping sauce.
