Juicy, Flavoursome ‘Tandoori Chicken Tikka’ in 30 Minutes

Step 1

Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces and place them in a bowl.

Step 2

Add red chilli powder, turmeric, black pepper, garam masala, roasted cumin and coriander powder, salt, kasuri methi and lemon juice to the chicken. Mix it well.

Step 3

Then add yoghurt, ginger-garlic paste, and a little oil to the bowl. Let it marinate for 8 hours or 30 minutes if you are in a hurry.

Step 4

Now add small pieces of onion and bell peppers to the bowl and mix well.

Step 5

Place the chicken and veggies on the skewers and grill for 15-20 minutes. Keep rotating them to grill evenly from all sides.

Step 6

Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice on top. Enjoy the mouth-watering Tandoori Chicken Tikka with mint chutney.
