Coconut Rice Recipe in 15 Minutes! How To Make It?

1 cup basmati rice, 2 cups water, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, mustard seeds, ½ tablespoon urad dal and chana dal, 12 cashews, 2 dry red chilies, and 1.5 cups coconut.

Step 1

Take a Pan first and pour oil or ghee. Now, you need to fry cashew and peanuts and keep frying until it turns golden. Keep it on a plate and set aside.

Step 2

Add the following ingredients: cumin and mustard seeds, red chilli, chana dal, and urad dal. Fry all these until the dal turns golden.

Step 3

Now, add ginger, curry leaves, and slit green chilli. Add hing and saute for 1 minute. Make sure the curry leaves turn crisp.

Step 4

The next step is to add fresh coconut and sprinkle salt on it. You can now add rice. Add more salt and mix everything well. Your Coconut Rice is ready!
