4 medium sized amla/gooseberry, 1/2 inch ginger, 1/2 medium sized lemon, 2 cups water, 5 nos, whole black pepper, and salt to taste.

Step 1

First, rinse the gooseberries/amlas well and remove all the wedges. You need to chop the wedges into small pieces and transfer to a bowl.

Step 2

Add chopped amla into a mixer jar and add 5 nos whole pepper, salt to taste and 1/2 inch ginger piece. You can even add sugar.

Step 3

Next is to add 1.5 cups to 2 cups of water and blend well until smooth. Your Amla juice is ready! Now, pour into the strainer.

Step 4

Extract lemon juice from 1/2 lemon and add it. Mix everything well. Your Amla or Gooseberry Juice is ready!
