Sizzling Street-Style Chilli Paneer Recipe: How to Make it?

Ingredients

2 tbsp refined flour, 3 tbsp cornstarch, 250 gms Paneer, Oil to deep fry, 1 tbsp cornstarch (for Coating paneer), 1 ⁄ 4 cup water and a pinch of Salt.

Step 1

Take a bowl and add the following ingredients: refined flour, corn flour, salt and water. Mix it for coating paneer.

Step 2

Now, add the cornstarch to the paneer cubes and coat well. Mix well coating all the paneer cubes. Deep fry the coated paneer cubes.

Step 3

Take a Pan and heat oil before adding ginger, garlic, whole red chilli, onions and capsicum. Take a Soy sauce and toss well to coat.

Step 4

Add a few ingredients, such as red and green chillies, green chilli sauce, and sweet & sour sauce. Start mixing it properly!

Step 5

Take a glass of water and sugar. Start cooking until it melts. After this, you need to add more water and the corn flour slurry.

Step 6

Now, add fried paneer cubes and spring onions. Garnish with spring onions and toasted sesame seeds. Your Chilli Paneer is ready!
