Bread, Milk Powder: 1\3 Cup, Milk: 5 Tablespoon, Sugar: 1 Cup, Cardamom: 3 Pieces, Lemon Juice: 1 Spoon, Baking Powder: 1 Pinch, Water: 1 Cup, Oil: As Required.
Place a pan (kadhai) over medium heat and pour sugar into it. Stir in the cardamom and water, then bring to a boil.
Add a spoonful of lemon juice after about 7 minutes and stir thoroughly for a while. Switch off the stove and set aside the mixture.
Now, cut off all four sides of the bread and tear it into pieces. To make bread crumbs, grind the pieces of bread in a jar fitted with a mixer.
Mix thoroughly after adding the baking powder and milk powder to the bread crumbs. Now gradually add the milk to the mixture and thoroughly mix it in.
Roll the bread dough into the small pieces needed for Gulab Jamun once it's soft and ready.
Pour oil into the pan and place it on the stove to heat it. After the oil is heated to a medium temperature, begin frying the rolled bread balls until they are golden brown.
When the bread balls are thoroughly fried, remove them from the pan.
Place them in the previously prepared cardamom-infused sugar syrup. After two hours, cover the lead and allow it to soak.
Serve the gulab jamun to everyone and enjoy this simple gulab jamun recipe once it has thoroughly soaked up the syrup and become softer.
