Try Paneer Paratha Recipe with Yogurt, Pickle or Chutney

2 cups Whole wheat flour, Salt, ¾ cup Water, 2 cups Paneer, Cilantro or coriander leaves, Chaat masala, Roasted cumin powder, 5-6 tablespoons Oil, Red chili powder, and Amchur powder.

Step 1

Take chapati atta and salt in a kitchen aid bowl. Drizzle a teaspoon of oil over it.

Step 2

Next is to take stuffing ingredients, like green chili, salt, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, kastoori methi, chaat masala, etc. Mix it well!

Step 3

Smooth out the dough one more time and divide it into 8 equal portions. Now, heat the tawa on a medium heat. Start rolling the flour.

Step 4

Place the rolled paneer paratha on the hot tawa. Cook for at least 5-7 minutes. Drizzle and spread about a teaspoon of oil all over the surface.

Step 5

Your next step is to flip the Paneer Paratha again and apply oil again. Flip and again press to cook another side. Enjoy your Paneer paratha!
