Ingredients: 25 almonds(soaked overnight), peeled, 3 1/4 cup milk, 1/4tsp green cardamom powder, 3tbsp low calorie sweetener, 1 1/2tbsp custard powder, saffron, and 1/4 cup fresh cream.

First if to Heat 2 cups of milk in a non-stick deep pan. Add, mix and boil low calorie sweetener, green cardamom powder and custard powder for 15 minutes.

Next is to put almonds in a blender jar, including remaining milk and blend to a smooth paste.

Step 3

You can now transfer ground paste into the milk mixture. Start mixing it and cook till it boils for five minutes.

Step 4

Add saffron and fresh cream! Mix and cook for 2 minutes. Take the pan off the heat. Refrigerate till chilled.
