Spinach Soup Recipe: Easy, Healthy, and Delicious

Ingredients

1 small cup Onion, 1 medium or 1 cup Tomato, ¼ of Green chili, ½ inch Ginger, Salt & Pepper, 3 cups Water, 4 cups Spinach, and 1 tablespoon Ghee.

Step 1

Take a saucepan and add chopped onion, tomato, green chili, ginger, salt and pepper. Now, add water and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes.

Step 2

After this, add spanish and let it cook for 2-3 minutes and turn off the stove. Use the immersion blender and make a smooth puree.

Step 3

Now, add heavy cream and mix it properly! You can give it a boil to make piping hot soup. Take a Pan to heat the ghee on medium heat.

Step 4

Add garlic and saute for 40-50 seconds. Mix everything well and serve your Spanish soup.
