Step 1

To make the Manchurian balls, take a bowl. Add chopped veggies like cabbage, bell pepper, carrot, spring onions and beans to it.

Step 2

Then add maida, cornflour, black pepper and salt to the veggies. Mix it well.

Step 3

Make small bowls with the mixture and deep fry them. Keep the Manchurian balls aside.

Step 4

Now, heat some oil in a pan.

Step 5

Add finely chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and bell pepper to the pan.

Step 6

Then add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, corn flour and water to the pan. Stir well.

Step 7

Boil it 3-4 times. When the gravy thickens, add black pepper, sugar, vinegar, and, finally, the Manchurian balls.

Step 8

Garnish with spring onions. Serve the mouth-watering gravy Manchurian with fried rice or noodles.
