750 grams Chicken boneless, ½ cup All Purpose Flour, ½ cup Cornstarch, 1 tsp Black Pepper, Oil for deep frying, 3 tbsp Water, 2 tsp Soy Sauce, etc.

Step 1

Take a bowl and add the following items: Chicken, cornflour, salt, pepper, flour, ginger garlic paste and water. Mix all these ingredients well and keep it aside.

Step 2

Next is to heat some oil for deep frying and put chicken in and fry, drain and set aside. Now, make the sauce and heat some butter in a pan.

Step 3

Add in ginger garlic and fry till golden. Add these ingredients: onions. green chillies, salt, sugar, and capsicum. Mix all these properly!

Step 4

You can now add red chilli powder, soy sauce, green chilli sauce, vinegar, and ketchup. Mix these ingredients well! Now, add water and cook till oil separates and thickens.

Step 5

The final step is to add Fried chicken, black pepper and spring onion. Mix all these and your Chilli Chicken is ready!
