Ingredients

6 slices Bread, 1 cup Potatoes, ¼ cup Green peas, 1 tablespoon Oil, 1 Green chili, Coriander powder, Kasoori methi, ¼ teaspoon Garam masala, and ½ teaspoon Red chili powder.

Step 1

First off, heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and let them sizzle. Now, add ginger paste and chopped green chili, saute for a few seconds.

Step 2

Now, add turmeric powder, boiled mashed potatoes and boiled peas. Mix it properly! Add salt and all the spice powders. Mix it properly! Add cilantro and lemon juice.

Step 3

Remove it to a plate and let it cool down. Divide into 6 equal portions and shape into roll. The next step is to take bread slices and remove the edges.

Step 4

Take a bowl and add some water. Take one bread and dip it into the water. Now place one potato roll and close the edges to seal and shape into roll.

Step 5

After this, heat the oil in a pan for frying. Once hot, slide a few bread rolls into the hot oil and fry till they are golden brown.

Step 6

Now, put them on a paper towel lined plate. Serve your Snack Bread Roll with chutney!
