50 Papdi, 1 cup Potatoes, ¾ cup Green chutney, ¼ cup Pomegranate arils, 1 ½ cups Plain yogurt, ½ tablespoon Powdered sugar, ½ teaspoon Chaat masala, and Roasted cumin powder.
First step is to Break papdi into 3-4 pieces and make a single layer on a plate. Now, sprinkle boiled chickpeas and potato cubes on top of papdi.
The next step is to sprinkle the prepared spice mixture and then, drizzle around 2 tablespoons of green chutney and 2 tablespoons of tamarind date chutney.
After this, add ⅓ cup of the yogurt mixture, including 1 tablespoon of green chutney and 1 tablespoon of tamarind date chutney.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of sev on top and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and pomegranate arils. Your Papdi Chaat is ready!
