Water, tomato, ginger, cashew/kaju, salt, 2clove garlic, 2 tsp butter, 1 chilli slit, ½ tsp coriander powder, 2 tbsp paneer, 2 tbsp cream, 2 tbsp coriander, ½ tsp cumin powder.
The first step is to heat 2 tsp butter and 2 tsp oil. You need to saute 1 bay leaf, 1 inch cinnamon, 1 chilli and 1 tsp kasuri methi.
Add 1 onion and saute until it turns golden brown. Keep the flame low and add the following things: ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, and ½ tsp coriander powder.
Mix everything after adding prepared tomato puree. Cook for at least 10 minutes and then add 1 cup water and ¼ tsp salt. Mix everything again!
Start adding 15 cubes paneer and 2 tbsp grated paneer. Mix it properly and start cooking. Now, turn off the flame and add 2 tbsp cream. Mix again!
Mix the following ingredients: ¼ tsp garam masala and 2 tbsp coriander. Your Paneer Lababdar is ready! Enjoy eating it with Butter Naan.
