15 cube paneer, ¼ tsp turmeric, chilli powder, 3 tsp oil, 1 tbsp ghee, cumin, 2 pod cardamom, chilli powder, garam masala, ½ cup curd, 2 tbsp coriander, and black cardamom.
Take a large bowl and add 15 cubes paneer, ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste and ¼ tsp salt. Mix everything well!
Heat 3 tsp oil and saute marinated paneer. Take a large kadai and heat 1 tbsp ghee and oil. Now, add cumin, bay leaf, black cardamom, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.
Add 1 onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute. Keep the flame low and add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and 1 tsp salt.
Saute on low flame and add 2 cups of tomato puree and mix well. Cook for at least 10 minutes! Add ½ cup curd, 1 cup water and mix well.
Add cooked paneer and simmer for 5 minutes! After this, add 1 tsp kasuri methi, 2 tbsp coriander and mix well.
