200 gms paneer, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, 1 tablespoon curd, 2 tablespoon cornflour, green chillies, salt to taste, and 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder.

Take a bowl and mix paneer, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder, pepper powder, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon curd, and salt.

Take another bowl and add 3 tablespoon maida, 2 tablespoon cornflour, 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder, a tiny pinch of cooking soda, salt to taste and water.

Step 3

The next step is to add a few paneer pieces into the batter and make sure to coat it well. Add it to preheated oil.

Step 4

Fry it well until it turns golden. Next is to add curry leaves and green chillies. Fry it properly!
