You need ingredients like 6 eggs hard-boiled and peeled, 2 tablespoons ghee or oil, 1 onion diced, 1 Serrano pepper or green chili, 3 cloves garlic minced, and more.

Step 1

Your first step is to Heat ghee/oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Now, add the following items in a pan: onion, bay leaf, and Serrano pepper/green chili.

Step 3

Add ginger and garlic and then stir-fry for a minute. After adding all species, add the tomatoes and simmer and stir for 5-6 minutes.

Step 4

Cover the Pan and start cooking after adding ½ cup water. Make sure to cook until the tomatoes break down (5-10 minutes).

Step 5
