Step 1

First is to take a bowl and add chicken. After this, add salt, pepper and soy sauce. Mix all these items properly!

Next is to heat oil in kadai and add ginger, garlic and chillies. You can now add chicken and toss well. This cooking requires at least 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add some carrots and capsicum! Cook it for 2 minutes. Next is to add salt, pepper, sugar, and soy sauce and toss well.

Step 4

After this, add in cooked rice on high heat for 5 mins. Heat a tawa, drizzle some oil over it, and crack open an egg.

Step 5

Garnish with spring onion and serve Chicken Fried rice!
