1 Cup Rice Flour, ¼ Cup Semolina, ¼ Cup Yoghurt, Chopped Green Chilli, Grated Ginger, Salt, And Water.
Mix together rice flour, ginger, green chili, yoghurt, semolina, and salt. To create a smooth, pourable batter, gradually add water.
Let the batter place themselves for 10 to 15 minutes. Place a cast iron or nonstick skillet over medium heat.
To create a smooth dosa, ladle out enough batter onto the skillet and spread it around in a circular motion.
Brush the dosa's edges with a little oil, then cook it until the bottom is crispy and golden brown.
After flipping, cook the other side for a full minute. Take out the dosa from the skillet and continue making the rest of the batter.
Serve hot with your choice of accompaniment, such as sambhar or chutney.
