Firstly, heat oil in a deep kadai, but it should be on a medium heat.
Add the following items in a bowl: rice flour, besan, ajwain, red chilli powder, salt, and ginger chilli paste.
Pour water and then dip each Paneer piece in a batter. Now, use the table spoon to gently slide to the hot oil. Wait for at least 2 minutes.
Keep frying until they turn golden and then, drain them to a colander. Don’t forget to add some Chaat masala, too.
All done in ten minutes! Serve Paneer Pakora with a cup of tea to your guest.
