Paneer - 200g, Bread Crumps - ¼ Cup, Maida - 2 Tbs, Cornflour - 2 Tbs, Mozzarella Cheese - ½ Cup, Onion - 1, ginger garlic paste - 1 Tbs, Garam Masala - 1Tbs, Green Chilli & Coriander Leaves.
In a bowl, combine the grated paneer, bread crumbs, maida, corn flour, chopped onion, green chillies, coriander, ginger-garlic paste, mozzarella cheese, garam masala, and salt.
Mix thoroughly and combine all ingredients until a dough-like texture is achieved.
Roll a small portion of the paneer mixture between your palms to form a smooth ball. Repeat these steps with the remaining mixture.
Now, warm the oil in the pan over medium heat. Carefully drop a few paneer balls into the oil and fry until crispy and golden brown.
When finished, put them on a dish covered with a kitchen towel to drain any extra oil.
As a snack or appetiser, serve them hot and enjoy!
