½ cup mint leaves, ½ cup coriander leaves, ginger, 4 tbsp sugar jaggery, roasted cumin powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, Amchur powder, black salt, 5 cups water, and 2 tsp boondi.

Step 1

Firstly, blend everything except water into a smooth paste. Add water while grinding and filter this mixture.

Step 2

The next step is to add 2 more cups of water, and lemon juice. Mix it well!

Step 3

Add a Few ice cubes and serve your chilled Jal Jeera. You can garnish with some boondis just before serving.
