Fish pieces, Oil for Pan frying, Thick Yogurt, Chilli powder, Pepper Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Lemon Juice, Corn Flour, Coriander leaves, and Garam Masala powder.

Step 1

First is to take a bowl and add all the marination ingredients mentioned in the previous slide.

Step 2

Next is to add fish pieces and mix it properly. Leave this to marinate for 25- 30 mins.

Step 3

You need to take wooden skewers and arrange the fish pieces in it.

Step 4

Take a non-stick tawa, put a few drops of oil over it, and it should be on a medium heat.

Step 5

Now, arrange these skewers on it and start frying. Start rotating till it is seated properly. It will take hardly 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and serve this food.
