Firstly, soak saffron in water and then, mix kewra drops in water. Mix it well and start chopping the onion and coriander leaves.
Heat olive oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, bay leaf, green cardamom, and saute for 1 minute. Add chicken, turmeric, salt to taste, ginger-garlic paste, and red chilli powder.
Add green chilli paste. Cook all these for 2 minutes. Add and mix hung curd. Now, turn the flame to medium to add garam masala with ginger julienned, coriander and mint leaves.
Next is to add kewra water, rose water and 1 tsp saffron water. After this, add 1 cup cooked rice. Now, start cooking your dish and cover it with a lid.
Cook Chicken biryani for at least 15 minutes. Garnish with 1 tbsp fried onions and coriander leaves. It’s all Done! Eat it with a soft drink to enjoy your meal.
